What are Essential Oils?
Essential oils are oils extracted from trees, bushes, flowers and/or shrubs through steam distillation. There are other methods, but this is the most common. Essential oils are rich, organic compounds and each essential oil addresses some ailment, condition and/or challenge we face. Some essential oils we use:

Lavender - Essential oil of Lavender has been used for centuries to relieve stress, bring balance to all systems of the body, to aid in restful sleep, ease headaches, soothe the spirit and is said to relieve anger and exhaustion.
